Over the coming years, a sports hall of approximately 3,000 m² will be developed on the former sports fields between Demertdwarsstraat and the A2 in Maastricht. It will provide a new sports facility and form the starting point for a broader area development in the neighbourhood, with space for a community park, water and more.
