'Lieschbosbridge' in Nieuwegein is a small lift bridge that the achitects ZJA designed, commissioned by Ballast Nedam Projectontwikkeling. Both the fixed and the moveable roofing were designed to make a very slender impression.

This is even more important in this case, since the bridge was built very close to the water surface.
